ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE BOLTON (MOSS BANK WAY, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY RIGHT TURN BAN) (NO. 4) ORDER 2017
The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 8 February 2017, will be to prohibit vehicles from turning right into Drummond Street from Moss Bank Way. Alternative route will be via Hillview Road, Old Road, Thorns Road, Thorns Close. The restriction is necessary due to manhole repair works which will last for approximately 1 day. The Order will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever is first. Dated this 20 January 2017 S.
